Small case benchmark: Lorenz-96 model

The small case benchmark is based on the portable Lorenz-96 model (Lorenz and Emmanuel, 1998). The model is available:

• in Fortran, in the PDAF software,
• in Java, in the openDA software, or
• in Matlab, in the EnKF Matlab code.
